Michelle Tullis Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
Michelle Tullis, LCPC is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a Master’s Degree in Counseling. She has over seven years of experience as a therapist to children and families, specializing in adoption, early trauma, and attachment issues. Using cognitive-behavioral therapy, play therapy, mindfulness, REBT, and family therapy. Michelle has assisted many clients in attaining personal life goals.
Group therapy has been a successful endeavor that she has also utilized in her work. Michelle’s experience with leading groups attended by parents of foster or adopted children has had rewarding outcomes. It has been proven that children who come from challenging backgrounds possess many of the same behaviors. Teaching Dr. Karyn Purvis’ Trust-Based Relational Interventions is a passion for her and she has observed tremendous family gains for those who have used these approaches. Michelle has experience helping individuals with anxiety, depression, extreme stress, ADHD, and ODD. She enjoys counseling children, teens, and adults and possesses the knowledge and skills to incorporate faith-based interventions, if desired, into sessions.
